How to Measure

  • Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal.
  • Waist: Measure around your natural waistline.
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
  • Height: Stand straight against a wall and measure from the floor to the top of your head.
  • Sleeves: Measure from the center back of your neck, across the shoulder, and down to your wrist.
