After Deliver:
If you decide you no longer want the suit after delivery:
• refunds are not available
• returns are not accepted

Refund Eligibility:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at bestracewearusa@gmail.com.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right—no stress, no hassle.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Returned Parcels & Exchange Requests:

If a customer requests an exchange for any reason, all shipping and handling costs must be covered by the customer. The item must remain unused and undamaged.

The following items can’t be returned or refunded:

  • Delays or issues caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or courier service disruptions
